Green Bean Cuisine is a personal chef service created for people like you. I work with individual clients and families to create balanced vegetarian meals for you and your family. All meals are made from scratch. I take the time to shop and prepare great food to make eating healthy, fast, and convenient for you. I buy local whenever possible and seek out organic produce and suppliers who practice sustainable agriculture. I use only hormone free dairy products, natural sweeteners, high-quality oils and fats, whole grains, and avoid GMO’s. There is no emphasis on low-carb, high protein, or low fat. Instead, meals are prepared fresh, healthy and balanced. Nothing is processed or refined. You just get natural food to nourish your soul. Sound good?

When you decide Green Bean Cuisine is right for you, give me a call. We will meet in person or over the phone for a free, no-commitment consultation. I'll ask you some questions to learn about your dietary needs, health, and food likes and dislikes. We'll decide upon your first week's menu, and you can choose items from my sample menus or request other favorites. During the consultation, we'll also determine how often you would like me to cook for you and which service plan would work best for your family.

On the morning of your cook date, I shop for the freshest, best-tasting organic produce and the highest-quality groceries. I come to your home with everything I need, and I prepare all your meals in the safety of your kitchen. I cool the food, package and label it, store it in your fridge and/or freezer. You come home to a clean kitchen, reheating instructions, and the smell of home-cooked healthy meals.
