At Green Bean Cuisine, we take a compassionate approach to preparing your meal.  We hand-select the choicest ingredients with a focus on local, organic and seasonal foods.  In turn, we directly support our farmers and community.  The menu changes weekly, reflecting the harvest.

How do I sign up?
Sign up is easy! Contact Jennifer by email or phone 434-409-0418.  Please provide your name and contact information.  After you have signed up, you may proceed and place an order for that week. Read on for more information on how it works!

Do I need to make a commitment in order to sign up?
No, you do not need to place an order every week! Place an order as often as works for you.

When is the weekly menu posted?
The weekly menu is posted by Tuesday morning each week, and you receive a "the menu is UP!" email letting you know that a new menu is available. View the menu & place your order.

How much does it cost?
Choose any 2 courses (serves 2) $35
Choose any 3 courses (serves 2) $40

How and when should I place an order?
You place an order for that week by email or phone.  You may create your meal consisting of 2 or 3 of the courses.  Each course includes 2 servings. Orders must be received by 12pm on Sunday for a Wednesday pick-up.

Where and when do I pick up my food?
Pickup is currently held at the Bluegrass Grill located in the glass building at 313 2nd Street Southeast Wednesday evenings between 4pm and 5pm. 

How shoud I pay?
Payment options: Cash or Check only please!

Once we receive your payment, we will apply your payment to your account. Payments can also be made in person when you pick up your weekly order. (Sorry, no credit cards accepted at this time.)
Prepayment is greatly appreciated! Making a prepayment for the month supports us in our commitment to pay farmers immediately upon receiving the ingredients!

How are the meals packaged?
Meals serve 2 and are packaged with heating instructions for your convenience. Green Bean Cuisine believes that we should be conscious of our impact on the earth and act with awareness in every aspect of our lives. All meals are packaged in eco-friendly biodegradable or compostable containers. The containers are made from corn, sugar cane or bleach-free paper. Reuse! Save the planet!
